Terms of Use for ExamsInn

These Terms govern the use of the ExamsInn website and platform. By creating an account, accessing the service, or continuing to use platform features, a user agrees to these Terms as they apply to the current stage of the product.

These Terms are written to reflect the product as it currently operates. They may still require further legal review, commercial review, or jurisdiction-specific refinement before wider launch.

ExamsInn is a structured exam-practice platform designed to support syllabus-based revision, fresh exam generation, progress visibility, and linked teacher or mentor support where available.

Users must use the platform lawfully, responsibly, and in a way that does not interfere with the service, misuse platform content, or harm other users or the integrity of the product.

Students remain responsible for how they use the platform, how they prepare for exams, how consistently they practise, and how they interpret or act on learning signals provided by the service.

The platform is designed to improve preparation through structured practice. It is not a substitute for disciplined study, professional judgment, or appropriate teaching support where needed.

ExamsInn does not guarantee examination marks, ranks, certifications, admissions outcomes, or professional results.

Any descriptions about confidence, readiness, or improvement are statements about the intended preparation experience and should not be interpreted as promises of a particular outcome.

ExamsInn may support students preparing for exams such as O Level, AS Level, A Level, SAT, PMP, and ACCA, but it does not claim official affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship by any exam board, certifying body, or qualification authority unless explicitly stated.

Users must not abuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform security, scrape or copy protected content improperly, impersonate others, or use the service for unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details and for activity that occurs through their accounts.

ExamsInn may suspend, restrict, or review account access where misuse, risk, or policy concerns arise.

Teacher or mentor support depends on approved access, subject-level relationships, and the workflows available in the current platform version.

ExamsInn does not guarantee that every student will have a linked teacher or mentor, or that every teacher workflow described publicly is fully available across all subjects at all times.

Platform content, including question banks, written materials, interface content, workflow designs, and related materials, remains owned by ExamsInn or its licensors unless clearly stated otherwise.

Users receive a limited right to access and use the platform for legitimate educational or platform-related purposes in accordance with these Terms. That does not create a right to copy, resell, republish, or distribute protected materials broadly.

ExamsInn may change, improve, limit, pause, or remove parts of the service over time. This includes changes to public pages, available exam families, subject coverage, pricing presentation, or access methods.

The platform does not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent access to every current feature, pathway, or public page in its present form.

To the extent reasonably permitted, ExamsInn is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service, reliance on platform content, inability to access the platform, account misuse, or commercial expectations not being met.

Nothing in this wording should be read as excluding liability where exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

ExamsInn may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where a user breaches these Terms, creates risk for the platform, misuses content, or acts in a way that undermines the service or other users.

A user may also stop using the service at any time, but ending use does not automatically create a refund entitlement where paid access has already begun.

These Terms may be revised as the product evolves, as commercial launch approaches, or as legal review develops. Continued use after an updated version is published may be treated as acceptance of the revised Terms.
