Refund Policy for ExamsInn

This Refund Policy explains how trial access, paid access, cancellation, and refund expectations currently work on ExamsInn.

It is intended to describe the present product and commercial position accurately. Online payment is available via Stripe for O Level Economics access plans.

ExamsInn may offer a 3-day free trial on supported plans or access arrangements. The purpose of the trial is to let users evaluate the platform before paid access begins.

Users should use the trial period to review whether the platform is a good fit for their preparation needs, including live subject availability, question-bank structure, and relevant support features.

Once paid access begins, or once a free trial converts into paid access, payments are generally non-refundable.

This no-refund position applies even if the user later decides not to continue using the platform, does not complete the trial evaluation properly, or makes limited use of the account after payment starts.

ExamsInn does not generally provide refunds for unused subscription time, personal scheduling changes, incomplete use of the account, or a change of mind after paid access has started.

Users are responsible for reviewing the public website, plan structure, and live-versus-coming-soon catalogue information before starting paid access.

If a trial converts into paid access, or if access is activated through a pilot or manual onboarding arrangement and then becomes paid, the no-refund rule applies from the point paid access begins.

The fact that access was activated manually or outside a fully automated checkout flow does not create a separate refund entitlement.

Cancelling an account, ending use of the platform, or asking for access to be stopped does not automatically create a right to a refund.

Access cancellation and refund entitlement are separate issues. A cancellation request may stop future access, but it does not reverse the no-refund policy once paid access has started.

ExamsInn may review exceptional cases at its own discretion. This does not create a general right to a refund and should not be interpreted as a standing promise that exceptions will be granted.

Any such review remains voluntary, fact-specific, and subject to the platform’s own judgment.

If payment infrastructure, checkout flow, or commercial policy changes materially in future phases, this policy may be updated to reflect that new position more precisely.
